Our home is repeatedly transformed into a public, collective and universal place for experimental performances and presentations within the context of its intimacy.
Slow down
Re-charge #2 is a tranquil installation; a listening room, an elongated space of quilts, a soundscape that invites silent listening and contemplative lingering.
Due to today's compulsive communication media, silence and stillness are becoming increasingly rare. The installation encourages a ritual of attentive listening and shapes a community without communication, for one is united only in silence.
This is the essence of the installation. Sound, music, and poetry help the visitor slow down to a moment of stillness that transforms being in the world into being at home.
