25 years in motion: new works, bold collabs, live prints, and garden-grown tapestries—Kiki & Joost in full creative flow.

Kiki van Eijk at Marc Mulders artist-in-residency

Kiki & Joost celebrate 25 years of creative energy with new works, vibrant collaborations, and live action. From garden-grown tapestries to bold wearables and expressive experiments in clay and paint—this is a tribute to movement, making, and the power of creating together.

Action-packed gallery with new works, screenprints, tapestries, and artistic collabs in full bloom.

This year marks 25 years of design adventures for Kiki & Joost — time to celebrate ‘In Action’! Expect a vibrant mix of new autonomous works and joyful collabs with fellow artists, partners and friends. Kiki van Eijk presents “Memories of a Garden,” a new series of tapestries developed at the Dutch Textile Museum, inspired by her residency in the mobile garden atelier of longtime friend Marc Mulders — one of the Netherlands' most celebrated painters. His expressive, abstract paintings will be shown alongside her tapestries. Meanwhile, Kiki & Joost team up with artist Diederik Verbakel (*DIED*) for a bold, colorful collection of screenprinted wearables and productions. Live screen print sessions will pop up throughout the week (check socials!). Joost van Bleiswijk dives deep into today’s tensions with a raw new series: paint and clay are blasted from a custom air gun, capturing emotion through action. Come for the beauty, stay for the energy, leave inspired.

Opening dates atelier & exhibition space

18 through 24 October 11:00-18:00‹please note: 25 + 26 October a selection of works will be on show at Klokgebouw.

About Kiki & Joost

Kiki & Joost work individually and jointly putting creativity at the heart of it all, from what they do to how they do it. Their workshop is a massive space dedicated to the production of unique pieces in a practice that allows room for intuition and instinct. Regardless of the scale, handmade and human touch remain at the heart of their process, reinforcing a physical approach to contemporary design. They run Studio Thinking Hands, a core studio within Design Academy Eindhoven’s BA program.
