In a world full of rush and consumption, Men's Milk invites you to pause. This absurdist, erotic film shows real bodies and real sex. With this educational project, Iris breaks taboos around the porn industry and pleads for slow stimulation.
Slow stimulation
Sex remains a taboo subject. Talking openly about sex often evokes prejudice, and slutshaming is still a means by which women are oppressed in their sexuality. In our digital and rapidly connected world, we often lose touch with nature and our deeper desires. This is compounded by the speed at which sexual stimulation occurs, think of the porn -industry, which reduce everything to a superficial interaction. I want to reverse this rush and speed. I want to advocate “slow stimulation”: more attention to each other, to real connection and to our authentic, primal sexuality.
My goal is to make a film that represents slow sexual stimulation. What if you had ultimate sexual freedom, what if we pursued our inner animal desires, what if the boundaries between desire pleasure and the rest of our lives blurred
