Joaney favors clear design language. Her collection is characterized by simplicity, color, and often surprising shapes that seamlessly blend functionality and durability. She draws inspiration from nature and her surroundings, such as the evening handbag "Shell/schelp."
White swans and black swans
Design of the handbags, crossbody bags and overshoes are based on the work of graphic designer Paul Kuiper: ‘Zwanenpaar’ from 1978.
About Joaney Korevaar
Joaney is a Dutch designer of bags and shoes. Graduated in 1996 at the academy of Arts in Utrecht. After work experience as production-designer and interior-architect, she started with designing and making bags and shoes. In 2010 she started her own label.
