Building Smarter and Faster
Using the PPVC method (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction), we don't build brick-by-brick, but with high-quality, turnkey volumetric modules. The 105 m² single-family home (PMC 4 standard) is produced in the factory and modularly assembled on-site, ensuring a shorter delivery time, higher build quality, and minimal disruption.
Eco-Brutalism & Nature
The dynamic facade bridges the cold, structural mass of concrete with a living ecosystem. Through 3D concrete printing, cantilevered concrete pockets have been printed that function as parametrically designed micro-habitats for various plant species. This system adapts to location-specific data such as solar radiation, wind, and rainwater harvesting.
The Digital Brayn
Demo X combines an extremely high insulation value (Rc up to 8.0) and an A+++ energy label with smart technology. Central to this are the CyBe Digital Collective (CyBeDC) and the internal i'Lyving IPC, which ensure automatic real-time monitoring and regulation of energy, climate, safety, and health for a perfect, adaptive living environment.
