Lucas & Van Stratum presents their new furniture collection at Piet Hein Eek. Through a play of straight and angled surfaces, this work explores a shared foundation for both construction and design.
Straightforward designs where the essence of material and construction dictates the visible form.
The furniture in this collection is built entirely from solid wood, with structural elements that are not hidden, but instead strongly dictate the design. Each piece incorporates angled surfaces in its own way, tailored to its form and function. In every object, these angles serve a different purpose, creating a distinct effect on the overall design.
