Graduation TCL @ Dutch Design Week 2025

What happens when TCL graduates explore the future? This year, we saw how hope kept emerging as the central theme in the graduation projects of Fontys Trend Research & Concept Creation in Lifestyle.

From scenarios about the future of hair and the Olympic Games to intimate stories of migration, motherhood, dementia, or the psychological impact of scars: the students showed that hope can take root in the most diverse contexts. They explored themes such as love, freedom, mental health, the engineered human, and the purpose of work in the AI era.

With their imagination, they plant seeds of change. Small sprouts of possible futures. Seeds of Hope.
