Metamorphosis

Inspired by the myth of Daphne’s metamorphosis, this project explores transformation and the blurred boundary between human and nature. While the ancient story speaks of a nymph’s escape through becoming a tree, my self-portrait reinterprets that act of becoming through material rather than myth.
