Looking beyond one single solution is what it is all about. When you change something in one area, it affects other areas too. With the Brabant provincial elections coming up, the choices we make for the future are more important than ever.
That is why we need Future Thinkers
People who step outside their own bubble, bring different ideas together and work on a Brabant that is ready for the future. Like companies growing innovative new products, or a theatre that generates energy for an entire neighbourhood. In short, people who are helping to build a future-ready Brabant.
During Dutch Design Week you can discover what that looks like at the pavilion of Brabant Ontmoet. Not through policy papers or long reports, but through imagination and creative thinking.
Step into the world of future thinkers and explore how the province is working on issues that affect us all. Experience for yourself how complex these challenges can be: every choice affects something or someone else. How can we move closer to a solution?
Tower of Tomorrow
Become a Future Thinker too and join the Tower of Tomorrow, designed by Cocosmos and BrabantKennis. It is a game about balance and different interests, where housing, nature, agriculture, energy and the economy all need a place. But be careful: if everyone stays on the same side of the tower, it will eventually fall over!
Wear what matters
Are you under 30 and do you have ideas for a better Brabant? Chances are those ideas have not reached the province yet. That is something we want to change.
Design agency De Reuringdienst has developed a new way for the Province of North Brabant to connect with young people. A unique way to share your thoughts, make your voice heard, and help shape the future of Brabant.
