Common Ground

Coffee is part of daily life, from construction canteens to boardrooms and from neighbourhood cafés to design studios. Rituals differ across cultures, but sharing a coffee creates a natural moment to meet. In Dutch, “Bakkie?” captures that invitation in a single word: a moment to pause, catch up and connect. BAKKIE carries this spirit into furniture for shared spaces, designed to belong wherever people come together.
