Something new is taking shape in the city: Schellens&Co. This is the place for people who want to make something of it. A home for mood makers, happiness makers and neighbourhood makers. Want to be part of it?
Built on the past
This was once Leo Schellens' factory. Here, hands turned threads into fabric. Here, people seized opportunities. And here, people could build on each other, as if on solid ground.
Since then, Eindhoven has grown. From the smoke of industry to the flickering light of innovation. Yet the heart of the maker still beats here. People with drive. People who make something out of nothing. People who put care and love into what matters to them.
Made for the future
Like Leo Schellens, we believe in that. In a place to seize opportunities. To build a life. To make the neighbourhood together. Where you are someone. Where you count. And where you take part. A place that takes others into account. With lively spaces to meet. And quiet corners to be alone with your thoughts now and then. A place made for people, by people.
Want to be part of it?
What you see here is a first glimpse of the future. The story isn't finished yet, and we'd love to write it together with you. What matters to you in a great place to live? What appeals to you in this plan? So join in. Make it with us. Make friends. Make stories. Make connections. And make a home.
