With the subtitle “From graphic language to tactile worlds,” the project explores how two-dimensional graphic imagery can be transformed into tangible objects and spatial experiences.
Collaboration
Studio Kars en Boom, known for their playful, colourful visual language and narrative approach, investigates the boundary between 2D and 3D. Studio Mirte contributes her expertise in textile art, creating soft, sensory objects that invite touch and interaction. Studio Wantia adds a layer of optimism and playfulness, connecting design to daily life and emotional experience.
Together, the three studios create a space where graphic lines literally “step beyond the frame” — transforming into tactile worlds and forming a visual and physical dialogue between image, material, and space.
